Our standard delivery timeline is 2–7 days. We aim to get your NAMAM order to you as quickly as possible. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including riots, communal disturbances, strikes, or force majeure events, and is ultimately subject to our logistics partner’s discretion in such cases.

• Standard delivery time for COD orders is 4–7 days.
• Cash on Delivery is available in metro cities and select pin codes. Prepaid delivery is available across nearly all pin codes in India.
• Orders placed with an incorrect address or contact number will be cancelled within 24 hours.
• COD orders are processed only after our order verification team successfully contacts the customer and confirms the delivery address.
• NAMAM’s order processing team reserves sole discretion to accept, dispatch, or deny any COD order.
• Order dispatch is subject to confirmation of address and mobile number after the order is placed. If we are unable to reach the customer after two attempts, the order will not be processed further.
• If a customer places a COD order and later refuses to accept it from our courier partner, we will not offer COD on future orders from that customer. Orders can still be placed on a prepaid basis.

Partial COD delivery is subject to pin code availability. Where available, customers have the option to pay a partial amount at the time of booking and pay the remaining balance as cash on delivery upon receiving the order. The partial delivery fee, once paid, is non-refundable.
